The third parties below process data on our behalf in the course of running the dbtempo platform. This list is maintained against the services the platform is actually configured to call.
Hetzner Cloud (EU) — primary compute and storage. Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and the Turnstile bot check on sign-up.
Anthropic — Claude models for query analysis, recommendation generation, and thread titles. Google — Gemini for message classification. Both process the analysis artifacts described in section 3 of the Terms under their respective API data privacy terms.
Resend — transactional email delivery for verification, notifications, and billing receipts.
PayPal — subscription billing. We do not store card details; all payment data is handled by PayPal.
Sentry — application error and performance reporting from the web and worker processes. Stack traces and request metadata may contain account identifiers.
GitHub — where you connect a repository, we read the file spans needed to locate analyzed queries and open pull requests you have authorized. Access is scoped by the GitHub App installation you grant.
