This Agreement sets out the terms on which dbtempo processes personal data on your behalf. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies where the Scope section below is met.
This DPA applies to customers subject to GDPR who process personal data through the dbtempo platform. It supplements the Terms of Service.
You are the Data Controller. dbtempo is the Data Processor for the purposes of the personal data you submit via the platform.
Database and SSH credentials you supply for a managed connection are encrypted at rest under AES-256-GCM and decrypted only to perform collection or a change you have authorized. Traffic to the platform is served over TLS. We hold no security certification and make no claim of one; where a certification or an independent audit report is a requirement for you, say so before you rely on this Agreement.
We will assist you in responding to data subject requests within 30 days. Requests may be submitted via your account settings or by email to [email protected].
