These Terms govern your access to and use of the DBTempo platform operated by DBTempo Labs OÜ ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
This DPA applies to customers subject to GDPR who process personal data through the DBTempo platform. It supplements the Terms of Service.
You are the Data Controller. DBTempo Labs OÜ is the Data Processor for the purposes of the personal data you submit via the platform.
We maintain ISO 27001-aligned controls including encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), access logging, and quarterly penetration testing.
We will assist you in responding to data subject requests within 30 days. Requests may be submitted via your account settings or by email to privacy@dbtempo.com.
